This is a popular design you'll see on a lot of websites. Their's is usually java script. This one is all HTML and CSS so there's no stutter and it won't slow your pages.

This is horizontal navbar2. It is aligned to the left and its 2nd tier displays below the Parent.

This isn't just a drop down menu. It's also a menu system that changes its appearance before the First Tier links wrap.

The style sheet is heavily commented to help with changing colors and plugging into a web page.

Grab the right side of the browser and squeeze the page to the left until it won't go any farther.
