Horizontal Navbar

This is horizontal navbar1. It is aligned to the left and its 2nd and third tiers display to the right.

This isn't just a drop down menu. It's also a menu system that changes its appearance when the 3rd tier of links run out of viewing space.

The style sheet is heavily commented to help with changing colors and plugging into a web page.

Grab the right side of the browser and squeeze the page to the left until it won't go any farther.
